DUAL FURNACES
CONTROLS: Both chambers are equipped with their own Cress Electronic Controls, Chroml-alumel® thermocouples and Contractors. Autotuning Microprocessor Based controls are accurate to ± 1/4 of 1%. A switch is provided to turn off elements when either door is opened. Fan stops when lower door is opened. ELEMENTS: High temperature wire elements are coiled and mounted in easily removable porcelain element plates on each side of both chambers.
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION: Case is constructed of galvanized sheet metal and mounted in angle steel frame. Space is provided for air circulation between chambers and underneath the lower chamber for storage of a quench tank. Control panel is attractive brushed stainless steel. Door of upper unit rises vertically and the door of the lower unit swings to the side. A chrome plated refrigerator type latch is used to hold lower door closed.
