TD SERIES TUBULAR FURNACE

TD Series Tubular Furnace

Mellen Series TD Furnaces incorporate the MELLEN Structural Advantage™ to ensure reliability and durability. Our TD Series utilize a reinforced, double walled steel shell construction that provides a cooler exterior and maintains their shape through repeated thermal cycling.

The TD15 and TD16 utilize standard Moly Disilicide (MoSi2), "hair pin" heating elements, operating with surface watt loading for longer life at elevated temperatures.

The TD17 utilizes high grade Moly Disilicide (MoSi2), elements that can operate up to 1800°C.

The TD18 utilizes premium grade Moly Disilicide (MoSi2) elements that can operate up to 1900°C.

The heating elements are field replaceable for ease of maintenance. They are precisely placed to radiate uniformly to the internal chamber. These high temperature furnaces are capable of rapid heating up to 1800°C in air.
