The MELLEN ADAPT™ Temperature Control System and Data Logger offers unprecedented control stability and real time data acquisition capabilities. The system utilizes a multi-tasking, high speed Intel- Pentium based personal computer and data acquisition hardware featuring 16-bit A/D resolution.
The system includes the following components:

System is fully networkable, allowing users to access real-time data from the main control computer, right from their desks. Users enter a remote version of the ADAPT system which allows near complete control of the furnaces they are operating.

User security and furnace ownership. each user is able to "capture" an available furnace making it theirs until they release it. (System Administrator can release furnaces if needed.) This prevents accidental and deliberate tampering with other people's systems and runs.

System Administrator is able to select how much access each user has in a convenient configuration screen.

The ADAPT system follows Microsofts programming conventions for creating open applications. A programmer with only a small amount of experience in Visual Basic® can create custom interface's for the ADAPT system in minutes. It is even possible to create interfaces in Excel®, Access® and Word®. Any program that supports ActiveX® or OCX® will support the ADAPT System.
