STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR: Cold Storage FIRE DOOR

Rating: Flush mounting Fire Door U.L. rated at 20 minutes without hose stream
Door: Metal clad frame with prehung matching door in 18 gauge stainless steel interior and exterior. Also available in galvanized steel. Door is right or left hand swing style. Door mounting to fit limited wall space. Custom build to fit existing rough openings (see optional features below).
Insulation: Foamed-in-place polyurethane foam insulation, 3" think. The "K" factor shall range from .120 to .135. Heat transfer "U" factor shall not exceed .033. The average "R" value shall be not less than 25.
Hardware: 3 heavy duty forged steel hinges, two point forged brass highly polished chrome plated handles. Handle with inside safety release. Complete with mounting hardware and fire rated silicone sealant.
Electrical: All freezer door sets are complete with a 115 Volt/60 Cycle/1 Phrase perimeter heater prewired to electrical box mounted on interior frame.
Approvals: U.L. listed.
